Kia Baxter is the

CEO/Owner of The PowerHouse Connect LLC, an empowerment firm. Kia is also an inspirational speaker, youth advocate, leadership trainer, a certified life coach, and a mentor.
She has over 15 years of experience in coaching and leading adults and teens people in the areas of purpose discovery, spiritual principles, and leadership development.
Kia has been honored, recognized for the work she does, and awarded “Community Leader Of The Year” by ACHI Magazine.
She believes that when people achieve their goals and dreams, it will directly impact our
communities locally and globally. Her life’s mission is to help everyone she encounters discover and fulfill their God Given purpose.
